The Way Home: Guiding Our Children Toward a Restored Relationship with God
This past Saturday, we had the privilege of hosting a special class titled “The Way Home: Helping Children Enter a Restored Relationship with God.” It was an encouraging time of connection, learning, and prayer as we came together as parents with a shared desire: to guide our children toward a genuine, lifelong commitment to making Jesus Lord.
Many of us have felt the beautiful—and sometimes overwhelming—moment when a child expresses interest in following Jesus. We know how precious this decision is, and yet, we may wonder:
- How do I know my child is ready?
- What should these conversations look like?
- How can I help them understand God’s love and grace on their level?
