Bio

We’re excited to welcome Jeanie Shaw—a woman whose life of faith, leadership, and family devotion continues to inspire. Jeanie spent 46 years in ministry, many alongside her late husband, Wyndham Shaw, serving in the eldership. Together, they raised four children and built a legacy of love and faith that lives on through their eight grandchildren.

Even after retiring from full-time ministry in 2020, Jeanie hasn’t slowed down. She holds a master’s and doctorate in Spiritual Formation, is a certified Christian Life Coach and spiritual director, and has authored 19 books—including three for children.

Jeanie will be sharing practical, heartfelt wisdom on how to love, train, and build strong spiritual relationships with our children.

Her son, Sam, will join her to offer his perspective—reflecting on the spiritual practices his parents modeled and how he’s now applying them in his own family. Sam Shaw is a field supervisor for the FDIC. He also teaches in the Boston church, where he and his wife, Leigh Ann, voluntarily lead in their region’s youth and family ministry. He loves being a girl dad to his three daughters aged 8-13.

You won’t want to miss this powerful conversation on faith, family, and legacy.
