Your Foundations Class Homework Guide
To get the most out of your class experience, we encourage you to complete the homework for each session. Every class has a corresponding video to watch before joining the Zoom discussion, along with some reflection questions to help you think through the concepts and how they apply to you and your family. Depending on the class, there may be some practical application homework as well.
By completing the homework, you’ll be better prepared to fully engage in our monthly discussions and make the most of our time together.
We understand that life happens, and it may not always be possible to watch the video ahead of time. No problem — just be sure to go back and watch it later, since it contains the bulk of the teaching for that topic.
Below, you’ll find a week-by-week breakdown of the homework.
